Ep. 54 - Statement Pieces

Here's the latest episode!
We'll be starting the First In First Out (FIFO) Craft-a-long starting October 1.  Start looking through your queue or stash for something to make.  Rekindle the romance with a forgotten obsession!

Finished Items:
Jill finished her Dotted Rays shawl by Stephen West out of Apple Tree Yarns in a watermelon gradient. Her Rav page here.

My Current Fix:
Jill is working on Springs to Mind, a hat by Kino Knits using One Twisted Tree Prime Fingering in Acid Peacock, Malabrigo Sock in Lettuce and Leading Men Fiber Arts Showcase in Barbie's Nighty.  She has also started Rhapsody in Cables, an oversized pullover by Joji Locatelli, in Cascade 220 in an eggplant color.

What I'm Jonesing For:
Jill is thinking about knitting a statement/show stopper sweater.  She loves the #17 Embroidered Yoke Pullover by Laura Zukaite.  She's also into Kells by Lucy Hague.  She bought the pattern for House Dressing, a fingering weight dress by Chantal Belisle.  She also bought two brioche patterns by Lesley Anne Robinson: Rebel and Summer Vibes.  There is also a free pattern for a shawl, Deep Ocean Shawl, by Violet LeBeaux.

Uppers, Downers and Miscellaneous:
Harry Potter
An Inconvenient Sequel
The Good Wife
Call the Midwife
House of Cards
