FIFO winners are announced!
What I've Finished:
Jill finished her Baa-ble Hat by Donna Smith in Manos del Uruguay and assorted yarns. It turned out pretty huge. She's wearing it as a slouchy hat with a faux fur pompom by ffabuknits. Her Rav page here. She also finished a Little Dude baby sweater by Andrea Rangel in Knit Picks Wool of the Andes superwash in Noble Heather, Briar Heather and Bittersweet Heather. Her Rav page here.
Then her first Indie Giftalong project was the Zippertooth Mitts by Clare Lockwood in Brown Sheep Nature Spun Fingering in Turquoise Wonder, Salmon and Goldenrod and Knit Picks Palette in Mist. Her Rav page here.
My Current Fix:
Jill did a little bit of spinning on the Stick and Stone Fiber Arts naturally dyed brown wool. She started the Vanilla is the New Black (Sport/DK) in Gnarledpaw Super Sport in Electric Melon. She also started the Mount Pleasant cropped pullover by Megan Nodecker in Western Sky Knits Magnolia Sock in Azaleas.
What I'm Jonesing For:
Jill is into the Knit, Around cowl by Claire Slade and the Adventurer Cowl by Ambah O'Brien. Another advent project she likes is the Vega Wrap by Shara Made. She bought the Bramble Birds hat pattern by Sara Huntington Burch. She likes a couple shawls, the Dreaming of Spring Shawl by Leela Frankcombe and the Port Hope Shawl by Brenda Castiel. Jill is tempted by the new scrap yarn sock blanket, Northeasterly by Melissa Alexander Loomis (host of the Dungeons & Dropped Stitches podcast). Jill's favorite crochet pattern this time is the Mascot Sweater by Natalia Kononova. Her favorite novelty pattern is the Festive Hoodie Mug Cozies by Loraine Birchall.
